Glycolic Acid (AHA)

Glycolic Acid, typically derived from sugar cane, belongs to the Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) family. Due to its small molecular size, it can penetrate into the deep layer of the skin to clear out dead skin cells and debris that clog pores and stimulate collagen production. The good thing about Glycolic Acid is that it is suitable for almost all skin types, except for sensitive skin due to possible irritation from the exfoliation process of the ingredient.

Niacinamide 

Niacinamide or the active form of vitamin B3 is a perfect treatment against pigmentation, spots, and wrinkles. Its anti-inflammatory properties are great for gentle acne treatment, as it regulates oil production and smoothes skin texture. According to the studies, 2% Niacinamide can increase the synthesis of free fatty acids, cholesterol, and ceramides, which result in a stronger and healthier skin barrier.

Panthenol (Vitamin B5)

Vitamin B5 is a moisturizing booster that maintains the skin’s moisture retention. It’s a humectant, which means it helps the skin to attract water and then hold onto it. Its anti-inflammatory and skin-protecting abilities make it a skincare allrounder.

After cleansing, apply a light amount (2-3 pumps) of the AHA Whitehead Power Liquid on your entire face. Gently massage for better absorption and then go forth with a skincare routine. Or soak a cotton pad and swipe a thin layer of the liquid over the skin, avoiding the eye and mouth area. For use during the daytime, follow with a broad-spectrum sunscreen rated at least SPF 30 or greater.

Returns and limitation on opened product

We are so sorry if you were not happy with your new products. We want you to enjoy your experience with Meekah and our curated K-beauty as much as possible, which is why we are here to help.

We only accept the new and unused item with its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept used products for return.

The right to return products expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This means that products should be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and shipping label can be generated for the convenience of our customers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at hello@themeekah.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item. We will be happy to help you!

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Meekah GmbH c/o Hai Nguyen Mau Stallschreiberstr. 32A, 10179 Berlin, Germany.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
