Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Water (10%)

Willow Bark Extract contains salicylic acid (BHA) that acts as a natural exfoliant. It is used in acne treatment products or products dedicated for sensitive and acne-prone skin due to its ability to help remove dead skin cells and clear pores, which encourages new skin cells to grow. According to a study from Dermaxime, Willow Bark Extract also contains “phenolic acid, flavonoids, tannis and minerals” for skin rejuvenation.

Betaine Salicylate BHA (0.1%)

Betaine Salicylate is a fatty acid derived from the sugar beet plant. It occurs naturally in the skin and is widely used as a skin-soothing agent. It is gentle on the skin while improving skin tone and texture. Unlike AHA, BHA is an oil-soluble exfoliator that can penetrate into the deeper layer of the skin to help remove the uppermost layer of the epidermis. The removal of damaged skin cells encourages the growth of new and healthy skin cells. Moreover, BHA helps to improve acne by exfoliating from the deeper layer of the skin while reducing blackheads.

Glycolic Acid AHA (0.1%)

Glycolic Acid AHA, typically derived from sugar cane, belongs to the Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) family. Due to its small molecular size, it can penetrate into the deep layer of the skin to clear out dead skin cells and debris that clog pores and stimulates collagen production. The good thing about Glycolic Acid AHA is that it is suitable for almost all skin types, except for sensitive skin due to possible irritation from the exfoliation process of the ingredient.

After cleansing steps, spritz appropriate amount onto face or cotton pad. Gently apply toner with tapping motions to skin for easy absorption. If using a cotton pad, swipe from the inner part of the face, working outwards. Follow up with skin treatment routine. For additional hydration soak cotton pads in toner and arrange as DIY sheet mask over face.

Returns and limitation on opened product

We are so sorry if you were not happy with your new products. We want you to enjoy your experience with Meekah and our curated K-beauty as much as possible, which is why we are here to help.

We only accept the new and unused item with its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept used products for return.

The right to return products expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This means that products should be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and shipping label can be generated for the convenience of our customers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at hello@themeekah.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item. We will be happy to help you!

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Meekah GmbH c/o Hai Nguyen Mau Stallschreiberstr. 32A, 10179 Berlin, Germany.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
