Hyaluronic Acid

Sodium Hyaluronate is a salt derived from Hyaluronic Acid. It has a smaller molecule than regular Hyaluronic Acid, which allows it to absorb into skin quicker than Hyaluronic Acid. The Sodium Hyaluronate molecule can hold 1,000 times its weight in water, making it an effective moisturizer. It helps retain skin moisture. It also has skin revitalizing benefits to smoothen skin texture overtime. This instantly improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Lens Esculenta (Lentil) Fruit Extract

The Lens Esculenta or Lentil is a legume plant that increases moisture in the skin while diminishing lines and wrinkles. The ingredient, which is rich in Vitamin B5 and extracted from the fruit of the Lentil or Lens Esculenta Lentil Fruit extract, functions as a skin protectant, conditioning agent, and antioxidant.

Ceratonia Siliqua (Carob) Fruit Extract

Carob is a plant native to the eastern Mediterranean region and is most well-known today for its use as a chocolate substitute. The carob plant is rich is Vitamins A,B and E, and important minerals such as magnesium, calcium, iron and potassium. Carob fruit extract helps repairing the skin surface and will also aid cell renewal to firm and lift, resulting in younger-looking skin.

First, break the capsule on the top of the sheet mask with your hand lightly, to release the essence into the sheet mask. Allow the essence to spread evenly and let the sheet mask absorb all the essence. Then, open the sheet mask, unfold it and apply it onto face. After 10-20 minutes, remove and discard the sheet mask and gently massage your skin to aid the absorption of the remaining essence.

Returns and limitation on opened product

We are so sorry if you were not happy with your new products. We want you to enjoy your experience with Meekah and our curated K-beauty as much as possible, which is why we are here to help.

We only accept the new and unused item with its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept used products for return.

The right to return products expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This means that products should be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and shipping label can be generated for the convenience of our customers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at hello@themeekah.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item. We will be happy to help you!

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Meekah GmbH c/o Hai Nguyen Mau Stallschreiberstr. 32A, 10179 Berlin, Germany.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
