Kaolin/White Clay

Amazonian white clay cleans the skin by removing dead skin cells and excess sebum. It has deeply purifying effects on your complexion and absorbs impurities from clogged pores. Bentonite has similar absorbing properties but acts more aggressive towards sebum and clogged pores. Kaolin is, therefore, gentler and less drying.

Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid)

Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid) is a salt derived from Hyaluronic Acid. It has a smaller molecule than regular Hyaluronic Acid, which allows it to absorb into skin quicker than Hyaluronic Acid. The Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid) molecule can hold 1,000 times its weight in water, making it an effective moisturizer. It helps retain skin moisture. It also has skin revitalizing benefit to smoothen skin texture over time. This instantly improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil

Perfect for deep hydration! It acts as a skin conditioner and enhances the elasticity. Coconut oil has cleansing properties. As keratin caps inside skin get softened up and exfoliation is simplified. Hardened sebum is also softened up and brought to surface.

Apply an appropriate amount onto palm and work up into a lather. Gently massage skin throughout and rinse the cleanser off with warm water. Dust and other impurities are gently removed, leaving clear skin behind.

Returns and limitation on opened product

We are so sorry if you were not happy with your new products. We want you to enjoy your experience with Meekah and our curated K-beauty as much as possible, which is why we are here to help.

We only accept the new and unused item with its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept used products for return.

The right to return products expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This means that products should be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and shipping label can be generated for the convenience of our customers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at hello@themeekah.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item. We will be happy to help you!

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Meekah GmbH c/o Hai Nguyen Mau Stallschreiberstr. 32A, 10179 Berlin, Germany.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
