Glycerin:

Glycerin, also called Glycerol, is a humectant that is present naturally in lipids (fats) both in animals and vegetables. It is a skin-replenishing and skin-restoring ingredient, meaning that it is naturally occurring substance in our skin, helping to rebalance our skin's hydration. While it can help reduce the sebum production, it is, at the same time, a humectant, that attracts water to the skin. Glycerin is a non-comedogenic, meaning that it will not clog your pores. This ingredient is safe for all skin types and it can be widely found in many beauty products. 

Vitamin B5 (Panthenol)

Vitamin B5 is a moisturizing booster that maintains skin’s moisture retention. It’s a humectant, which means it helps, the skin to attract water and then hold onto it. It’s anti-inflammatory and skin protecting abilities make it a skin care allrounder.

Tea Tree Leaf Extract:

Benefits of this tea tree extract contains effective antibacterial and antifungal compounds that are known to reduce inflammation and acne. It is also loaded with skin soothing properties and antioxidants for healing redness, irritation and acne.

 

After the cleanser and toner, pull the mask out of the package and apply it to the cleansed face. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes.  Massage the mask residue into the skin. Use it 2-3 times a week.

Returns and limitation on opened product

We are so sorry if you were not happy with your new products. We want you to enjoy your experience with Meekah and our curated K-beauty as much as possible, which is why we are here to help.

We only accept the new and unused item with its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept used products for return.

The right to return products expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This means that products should be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and shipping label can be generated for the convenience of our customers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at hello@themeekah.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item. We will be happy to help you!

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Meekah GmbH c/o Hai Nguyen Mau Stallschreiberstr. 32A, 10179 Berlin, Germany.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
